Hotel Plazma - Lviv

Savoury and delicious breakfast with crepes. Amazing location in the old town pedestrianised area, near Old Town.- Just next door to a 5-minute walk from the shuttle to the airport, Market Square, Opera House, Pototsky Palace, and many other sightseeing spots and restaurants.

Location, on the main street of Lviv (Prospect Svobody) was the only positive thing about this place.

First of all it was hard to find as there is no indication from the street, you have to enter a doggy gate, the hotel is occupying one of the floors of the building. Horrible impression. The non existing breakfast. We got one yogurt and two old, mini muffins each. The hotel does not have any restaurant or even space for eating so the receptionist brought us our coffee and yogurts to the room and we had to eat sitting on the bed. Internet connection, as well non existing. And when I asked about it, the girl in the reception just nodded and said that she can't do anything about this. Price. It's definitely too expensive for the poor services and practical lack of breakfast. I hoped for a nice small hotel and was completely disappointed.

The recently renovated rooms are spacious with great views and separate bathrooms, and the service here is very welcoming.

Convenient base for holidays with very good wi-fi. Very good breakfast with crepes for all tastes. The location in the heart of Lviv. Great christmas in this great area.

Noisy. Det breakfast was almost non-existing. The room was very small. There was no possibility for luggagestorage.

Although the rooms were clean and newly refurbished the entrance to the hotel is little dodgy. Initially I could not even find it.

The room was spacious and had a suitable bathroom, making it a good choice for a vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at Plazma! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The breakfast spread was surprisingly delicious and filling. The staff were pretty good too help us arrange transportation. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, making our stay more fun. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice service

Appropriate comfort king room with nice view and bathtub plus bathroom. Amazing and excellent location minutes away from a historical plaza.- Based near the monument of Taras Shevchenko and many other sightseeing spots.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's central location in the heart of the city. Being right next to all the major sights of downtown made exploring Lviv a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with tasty crepes included.

No complaints, everything was absolutely fine.

We were actually surprised by the warm atmosphere and friendly staff at this historic hotel. The central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel may have some quirks, but for a short stay, it was a nice and enjoyable choice.
